Hello from Minnesota! I heard yesterday that the MN State Fair (going on now) offered many food items on a stick including spaghetti and meatballs on a stick and chocolate-covered bacon on a stick!
This is a shot of an artisan chocolate bar that is selling like hotcakes. I tried it and it is surprisingly good. It doesn't taste like bacon, per se, but tates like chocolate with a smokey/salty flavor...both of which compliment the chocolate nicely.
