I am a huge Apple fan...Huge! In fact, I've converted several of my non-Apple fans into Apple fans. Well, over the past two days, I have been on the phone with support for a total of 4 hours and in the Apple store, with a genius, for a total of 2.5 hours. It's been draining. My iPhone and MacBook Pro are now working again....knock on wood.
(PS: after all that, I'm STILL an Apple fan.)
