Septa

Ironically, you wouldn't think of Septa of being a happy company, but I thought the bus was cute. I don't believe an organization can be successful unless it's worker's are happy. This isn't a commentary on Septa and whether it should constantly give in to the demands of the unions, but a general thought on the fact that an organization needs to value its employees, and to maintain morale, or that orgnanization ultimately can't/won't succeed.
