As many of you know, I teach a photography class at the local library. This week's lesson was on 'color' (which includes black and white) and I was explaining to the class that there are times when the color is the main focus of the photograph. I also said I'd be posting shots this week of some examples of that. So, I dug out my point and shoot and took these shots, focusing on the color 'blue' in the series.
